Dealer onboarding may include business identity, contacts, agreement and commission records. We should collect only what is necessary for a defined purpose.
Why information is used
To respond to inquiries, administer appointments, evaluate applications, prepare contracts, coordinate with independent dealers and export partners, maintain records, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. An inquiry does not constitute approval of financing or a purchase.
Who may receive information
Authorized YUSUMA staff and service providers acting for legitimate operational purposes; an independent dealer where a customer requests a partner vehicle viewing; and relevant shipping, inspection, payment or export partners where needed for a requested service. Sharing should be limited to the information required for that purpose. We do not claim to sell customer personal information.
International handling
Some vehicle sourcing and export services involve Japan and Uganda, and relevant partners may operate in other countries. Where personal information is transferred internationally, appropriate notice, legal basis and safeguards must be assessed before the transfer.
Security and retention
Access to sensitive records should be restricted by role. We aim to use private document storage and controlled access. No internet system is guaranteed completely secure. Retention periods, deletion schedules and applicable statutory recordkeeping requirements must be confirmed before this policy is finalized.

You may request information about personal data held about you and seek correction or deletion where applicable law permits. You may also ask about the purpose of processing or raise a privacy concern using the contact details to be published below.
